Ingredients
200g Chicken Breast
20g lettuce
20g Onion
1/2 Medium Tomato
1 Lebanese bread wrap
20g light Mozzarella
Marinade
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Dried Coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Sauce
1 Lemon
50g jalna Fat free yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
Cut up your Chicken Breast
Add the marinade ingredients to a bowl and mix
Add your chicken to the marinade and stir until the chicken is completely coated, cover and let marinade for 4-12 hours
Add the ingredients for the sauce to a small bowl and mix until silky and smooth
Cook your chicken in a fry pan with a small amount of oil browning both sides
Add all ingredients to a lebanese wrap and enjoy!
