This Pizza Stuffed Capsicum (Bell Pepper) are so easy with only 5 ingredients. They are also packed with protein and super low in carbs!

100g Chicken Breast
50g Light Mozzarella Cheese
50g Pepperoni
25g Leggo's Pizza Sauce
Remove the tops of the capsicum and dice into small pieces (tops only)
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces
Cut the pepperoni into strips
Add the Chicken, Pepperoni, Cheese, Capsicum tops and Sauce to a bowl and mix well.
Stuff the capsicum with the filling and place into the over at 200 degrees celsius for 30 mins.
